Please be informed we can not pay for international return shipping. No Custom charges are acceptable. You can mark your package as Goods Returned Under Warranty before you send it back.

An item can be returned within 7 days of the receiving if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The item should be sent back in its original conditions with all components without any physical change.

You will receive your money back after the package is returned to us. You would better provide a tracking number.

We only return the cost of the product, not the delivery cost.

If by any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us back and we will take a decision together.

If you wish to cancel an order (before the parcel has been sent), please note that there is non-refundable 10 % and Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30).

Shipping

We ship our products with EMS worldwide. The shipping cost are flat and after you place an order its processing takes 1-2 business days. Delivery time is usually 1-2-3 weeks - depending on the location. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and fees associated with purchasing and shipping to their respective countries.
